What kinds of business can use MarshmelloPay?

This site presents common uses such as advertising, software subscriptions, commerce operations and cloud services. Support varies by card product. Review the product information in the client and the merchant’s payment rules to confirm suitability.

How do I start using a virtual card?

Use Get started to access the client, register and complete the required verification. Then follow the relevant card product instructions. Requirements, fees, limits and processing times are shown in the client.

Which currencies and fees apply?

Currencies, card issuance, funding and transaction fees depend on the card product and your account configuration. Review the fee details before submitting an action. This site does not promise a single fee or exchange rate.

How do individual and shared cards differ?

Individual and shared cards use different account and limit models. Shared cards are linked to a shared account, and a card limit is not the same as account funds. Choose based on the product information and your account permissions.

Why is an order still pending?

Acceptance and completion are different states. Follow the original order in the client and avoid submitting it again while the outcome is uncertain. If you need help, keep the business order reference and contact a verified official support channel.

Can a virtual card be used with every online merchant?

Merchant regions, card types and verification requirements vary. Review the merchant’s rules and the card product details in the client; you can also discuss your intended use with us on Telegram.

Can I freeze cards or adjust limits?

Available operations depend on product capabilities, current card status and account permissions. Check the actions in your client card details. Freezing a card does not cancel a merchant’s subscription.

What should I do if a payment fails?

Check card status, balance or limit and the merchant’s payment requirements, then review the original transaction or order. When asking for help, provide the purpose and relevant reference without sharing full card numbers, security codes or verification codes.

How can I contact MarshmelloPay?

Use the Telegram link on the contact page or in the footer for questions about card products, getting started and existing accounts.
